"I'm a big country fan too... I really like the old Tim McGraw," he says. "I just love the simplicity and honesty of the country songs. I don't know. They're cool. I'm a simple guy."

"Right now things are kind of slow and on hold, but before I left I had been doing a lot of writing and recording, and I plan going full-time to that after this. And there's definitely opportunities open for support, and it's happening, one way or another."

"I think realistically it won't come out until probably like January, just because of the turn-around time for everything," he says.
