Thanks for the photos, recap, and bootleg, SameCage, for the super-recap and bootleg, chichi, and the mini (so far)-recap, jblue! Also thanks to ArtTeacher and Jasonized, as always, for bringing goodies back from the wilds of the internet…
One was in a church, Pueblo de Dios in Dallas, on Saturday night; the other was the Rockwell News Memorial Day Concert, Sunday night; and for both, there were Copians in the house–thank you, beckyvee, for bringing back recaps (don’t forget to stop by our forum for those–there are links to Instagrams cliplets) and bootleg!
Lovebugger is the hero of the day. Or maybe the week (since she brought us this video a couple of days ago). A number of us pulled up the If I Can Dream House website on Tuesday to watch as Jason paid a visit, performed a couple of songs and held a twitter party, but none of us had the good sense or technical skillz to capture it for the posterity. Except Lovebugger. On behalf of the universe, I thank you.
For the second time today, Lovebugger’s youtube channel is here and you can catch Jason’s performance of Let’s Just Fall In Love Again and a little jam he does with Alex Lambert. But the performance that you REALLY don’t want to miss is this one, That’s What I’m Here For, acoustic and layered with harmonies. Just beautiful. Thanks again, Lovebugger!
Pick up a copy of the single Jason performed tonight on The Bachelor. That’s What I’m Here For with Somewhere Over the Rainbow are available at ITunes. Or you can get the single when you pre-order Jason’s CD at jasoncastromusic.com (scheduled for release on April 13).
If you’re in the Tulsa area, check out jasoncastromusic.com for information about his show at the Flytrap this Thursday.
Castrocopia is run entirely by a couple of misfits. Although McLovin, Liz Lemon, and REReader are in the back pocket of the Castros, it should not be inferred that this site is sanctioned by the Castros. Tolerated, yes. Loved, who wouldn't? Our words are our own and we stick by them.
