Artist Spotlight

There’s a nice band profile on The Hudsucker:

Touching on themes such as dreaming big, finding happiness, and loving someone unrequitedly. Diamond Dreams is sure to have a song for every listener. As Jason states, that is Castro’s ultimate mission as makers of music: “Music has the power to transform a day, and the power to define a time. That’s our goal: to be that for somebody. To be the song.”

BIG TOUR COMING!

The Sibling Game!

It seems that Castro did a bunch of mini-interviews ‘n’ stuff for iHeartRadio, most of which has been been-and-gone on Snapchat…but here’s something I can post!

(It’s fun. Watch it!)

Hopefully there will be more (that I can post, not on Snapchat), and if there are, I will bring them.

Thanks for the find, Jasonized!

If you’re interested in Jason’s songwriting process…

…there’s a fascinating glimpse into that in an article in the Vermont Standard about that songwriting retreat the family went to a few weeks ago:

Jason Castro paced through the grass with his guitar.

He strummed and hummed as if he was in a trance.

He paused to sip some beer that rested on a picnic table. Then kept walking.

“Who are we talking to?” he asked.
